The New TruMatic 7000 Joins Cometal’s Production Facilities: Greater Productivity and Quality for Metal Processing

Continuiamo a investire in tecnologia per offrire ai nostri clienti lavorazioni sempre più precise, efficienti e flessibili.

The new TruMatic 7000 has recently entered production at Cometal. This high-end combined machine integrates punching and laser cutting into a single automated platform, designed to meet the most demanding requirements in terms of part quality, productivity, and process reliability.

PUNCHING AND LASER CUTTING IN A SINGLE SOLUTION

The TruMatic 7000 combines multiple manufacturing operations within a single process, reducing production times and improving workflow efficiency.

Thanks to its active die technology, it is possible to produce scratch-free parts while enabling new forming possibilities. At the same time, the CO₂ laser delivers precise and consistent cut edges, even on complex geometries.

AUTOMATION FOR CONSISTENT RESULTS

The system is equipped with:

  • Additional laser axes for a significant increase in productivity
  • Automatic cutting nozzle changer
  • Sensor-controlled unloading flaps
  • SheetMaster automation system for loading, unloading, and part sorting

These solutions enable continuous, safe, and repeatable production, optimizing both time and resources.

AN INVESTMENT DEDICATED TO OUR CUSTOMERSUn investimento al servizio dei nostri clienti

The introduction of the TruMatic 7000 marks an important milestone in Cometal’s growth strategy and further strengthens our ability to manage complex manufacturing projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

We will continue to work with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail that have always distinguished our company, now supported by technology that allows us to achieve even higher production performance and consistently reliable results.

LOOKING TOWARD THE FUTURE

This investment is part of a broader vision of continuous development, including the adoption of new technologies, the expansion of our production facilities, and the introduction of increasingly comprehensive services for our customers.
